When you suffer from anxiety, it can be hard to imagine a different way of being. But eliminating fear and anxiety is something you can progressively do! The worst kind of anxieties and fears are the ones you create for yourself. Learning how to change your thoughts and feelings can change your behavior. Along with a tribe of others JUST LIKE YOU, we will explore what is making you most anxious and tackle strategies to help you regain control and excel in everyday life!
Elizabeth Olson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Catalyst Life Coach certified through The Angry Therapist. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University. Elizabeth has worked for many years with clients experiencing anxiety both in individual and group settings. She has also experienced anxiety in her own life. Her approach includes techniques she has found successful both professionally and personally.
